1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The product belongs to a category that is eligible for returns (certain items such as perishable goods, intimate apparel, and personalized items may not be eligible).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  5. Ship the product back to the provided return address using a reliable courier service with a tracking option. Please note that the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
